T3C is a privately held fashion cosmetics retailer started in Zhejiang Province, with over 700 stores in operation, T3C is currently servicing lower end customers as a multi-brand retailer in tier 2 and tier 3 cities in China.
rkd retail/iQ was engaged to take T3C to the next level of retail implementation through a reposition revolution to develop the next generation format as an expansion model for domestic and international markets.
T3C fashion cosmetics is comprised of 5 categories: skin care, color make up, perfume, personal care, nutrition and healthy product, products from international top brands and developing an active private label brand strategy.
While developing all of the visual and experiential aspects of the repositioned environment the core customer target cast a wider net without losing clear focus on affordability.
rkd retail/iQ was responsible for the strategic brief, all creative expressions: name generation, brand and environmental graphic programs and retail planning + design, construction documentation for the pilot location launch.
