China Resources Land, the development division of China Resources Group of Companies, is one of the largest and most well managed of all of the former state owned enterprises.

China Resources currently develop some of the most professional mix use developments under the Mixc brand in selected cities in China.  

The original graphic program did not speak the same sophisticated language as Mixc shopping center had evolved into.  An entirely new approach was created that complemented the architecture while clearly adding a layer of sophistication that enhanced tenant and development alike.

Essentially a prototype of environmental graphic components was developed and retrofitted to the existing development in Shenzhen and as the basis of the new development in Shenyang. 

rkd retail/iQ created all creative expressions from concept through construction documentation and brand enhancements of the mix use environmental graphic program across all applications from plyon, entrances through site directionals, way finding, directories and parking.
