Promise delivered, building on the tremendous success of the DFS Galleria at the Four Seasons Hotel which opened in 2007, an opportunity was realized by both the Venetian Casino and DFS to expand the most important luxury retail offer in Macau into Parcel 1 creating a seamless transition between the excitement of the casino and the ultimate luxury retail of DFS Galleria.

From a planning and design perspective the concept was agreed to be an extension the existing DFS Galleria design vocabulary rkd retail/iQ continued the customer journey through a new series of brand/category experiences.

rkd retail/iQ was responsible for all creative expressions of planning, design and documentation.
