What started out as a bottom up regional inititave evolved in a short period to become the most implemented adidas program to date as other regions turned to aspa for it ease of implementation, merchandise presentation / capacity and realistic capital expenditure. Core to the concept was the development of a proprietary fixture system and embrace of color in the environment. aspa shop truly was developed for the region by the region.
