Boston Health & Beauty is the HBC specialty format of Matahari Group, far and away the largest retailer in Indonesia with multiple formats in all key distribution channels.

As a first step in a well-considered repositioning plan all aspects of the current operation were evaluated for inclusion in program moving forward into new locations and rolled back in selected renovations.  All planning, design and brand communication expressions were updated with a new bold coloration and design personality.   

rkd retail/iQ was responsible for the strategic brief, all creative expressions: brand and environmental graphic programs and retail planning + design, construction documentation and is currently rolling out the program across selected locations in Indonesia.
